Where we operate

Currently Alphaz develops projects in the southern regions of the state of Minas Gerais and Paraíba Valley, North Coast of São Paulo and Punta del Este, in Uruguay.
The concept of Self-Sustainable House
Alphaz is a pioneer and the only company in Brazil to deliver its houses with Photovoltaic Energy Production System installed. The system counts with panels that capture light (from daylight, not necessarily direct sunlight) and convert it into electricity.
The system can be dimensioned according to the resident’s needs and has two models: the independent and the integrated. In the independent system, the house generates energy and can be lit and powered without the need to connect to the conventional electricity grid. In the integrated system, the municipal energy distribution company approves the residence system, and what is generated by the photovoltaic system is thrown into the grid.
In this way, the house becomes a generator of energy, and the electricity bill has a considerable reduction. We are implementing a system of “mini power plants” in Alphaz’s residential complexes, where we will be able to generate the electric energy that will run the houses.
The future will demand clean sources of energies to minimize harmful effects on the Environment. We are committed to making this option technically and financially viable for our customers.

Biodigester System for Sewage Treatment
System designed for the production of biogas, made mostly of methane, through sewage treatment without chemicals. During the process, the bacteria breaks down organic matter from sewage without oxygen, producing biogas that can be transformed into energy. The liquid residue from this process goes through a cleaning system, through a biological filter. Thus, the water is clean and ready for reuse.
Rainwater harvesting
An alternative that has gained popularity is to use a cistern system, considered one of the best and most effective alternatives to save water. It is a system used to collect and store rainwater for activities such as flushing, garden irrigation, floor washing and others, but not for human consumption (non-potable water).
Organic Composting
Composting helps to reduce food leftovers, making it an easy solution to residues generated
at home. It is a biological process that can recycle organic waste while turning it into a
valuable compost product – humus – an organic material very fertile and rich in nutrients.
